Milorad started his career in Real Estate in Prague in 1994 as a senior advisor with Muller International and subsequently director of JLL, working on some of the largest Real Estate projects at that time early bird international and domestic developers Prague in the time.
In 2000 Milorad joined Karlin Group as commercial director and later made was made Director and Partner in the company. At KG Milorad was particularly involved in the regeneration of the Karlin
and Liben districts. Karlin Group acted as an operating partner for real estate development in Prague to Marc Rich Real Estate, the family office investment arm of the founder of Glencore. At Karlin
Miško worked on the development 40 residential and class-A office promises. Until today, Milorad, either personally or through KPRE acts as a shareholder of some KG projects.
In 2012, Milorad joined the Israeli development group Daramis as CEO and oversaw the development of approx. 2000 residential units. In the same year he also joined Sekyra Group, as a Senior
Advisor to the Chairman, a premier local real estate development  company, developer of three of our six largest development schemes in Prague exceeding 1 000 000 m2 GFA mixed-use.
Miško additionally sits on the board Pink Crocodile Charity for Children, The endowment Fund for Proton Therapy and acts as a senior advisor to Expobank for CEE and SEE. Milorad is also a co-founder of OPPORTUNITY REAL ESTATE FUND SICAV and WESTERN BALKANS INVESTMENT PLATFORM.

Weitzer Parquet

Weitzer Parquet, as the core brand of the Weitzer Group, is Austria’s market leader in the manufacture and sale of parquet floors and wooden stairs.
