Weitzer Parquet

Weitzer Parquet, as the core brand of the Weitzer Group, is Austria’s market leader in the manufacture and sale of parquet floors and wooden stairs. The family business, founded in 1831, is one of the leading parquet manufacturers in Europe and sells its quality products worldwide. The group of companies is an employer for several hundred people.

Production takes place at the Weiz and Güssing (AT) and Turopolje (CRO) sites. Outside of Austria, only the ranges for large projects or commercial customers are produced and these locations primarily serve to secure high-quality raw materials such as oak wood in the long term.

Weitzer Parquet is represented in more than 60 countries worldwide by qualified sales partners. Since March 2020, Weitzer Parkett has been operating an outlet in Hungary to serve the local market.

Weitzer Parkett only uses wood from sustainable forestry. Most of the wood comes from a regional radius of 250 kilometers. Tropical wood has been completely avoided for more than a decade.
